We don't pay with money anymore, we pay with information.
Money has become more an excuse for customer profiling than a pure medium of exchange.
Who will accept just cash when everything encourages one to accept "info cash"? Will this induced scarcity lead to new usage behaviors?
Cash as we know it will eventually become rare and transform. “Cash Fab” will allow the few who can afford it to build their own tangible money, with only the strictly necessary information attached to it: value.

Anonymity is not cheap.
